Nash Petusky is the Managing Partner and Qualifying Broker for Arbor Property Group, LLC. He handles all day-to-day aspects of the company, as well as oversees the brokerage and investment activities, including sales, management, leasing, and development for all projects. Nash also manages the investment fund by sourcing new deals and handling investor relations.

Nash comes from a long line of successful real estate developers. He began his real estate career in college with an internship with BRK Development LLC, a development firm responsible for developing single-family and mixed-use projects in the coastal panhandle of Florida; including developments in the Seacrest, Seagrove Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Watercolor area of the Gulf Coast.

Prior to founding Arbor Property Group LLC, Nash spent years in the brokerage divisions of The Moore Company, Marcus & Millichap Inc, and Sullivan Wickley Properties. There, he represented private and institutional clients in their acquisition and disposition efforts of income-producing investment real estate. These sectors included retail, office, industrial, and residential properties. In his career, Nash has underwritten approximately $500 million of commercial real estate and closed an estimated $200 million in transactions. Nash enjoys fishing, hunting, surfing, paddleboarding, and all things outdoors. His biggest love of all is spending time with his wife Rachelle, and two young sons: Robert and John.
